Mohby's artifact and the Tattered Fan are self-explanatory. I need one of each, please.

I'm going to make the sword/axe thing very clear: I don't care about damage. I don't care about req. I don't care about the skin. I don't care about the pommel/grip mod, except I do not want fortitude. I don't care about the hilt/haft, except I will consider it a plus to have vamp. The most important thing is that the -1 health regen must be inherent, not as a result of a vamp mod (e.g., the clean (no mods) weapon stats would read: "x-xx damage, +14% always, -1 health regen").

BUT it got 15%Always -1 Health Regeneration.

*bump* The reason why I don't care about skin, req, mod, etc., is that I'm not looking to pay more than a few plat for the weapon -- fair warning.

Thanks to Cold OJ, I got the degen weapon. I'm still looking for Mohby's and the fan, so buuuuuuump.
